That post made me smile. I'm really happy you are doing so well. Keeping killing it. I want to see you cert the MM1. Keep hitting those extensors also. They are so important.

No general warmup.

Dressed warm, hat and jacket on.

This works great for getting good workouts I've noticed!

2x1 lifts@17kg blockweight

Short hold@12,5kg Im hub

1x 8-10 sec ISOcrush on 20kg blockweight.

1@15kg Im hub

1x 8-10 sec ISOcrush on 20kg blockweight.

1@20,3kg Im hub

1x 8-10 sec ISOcrush on 20kg blockweight.

3x1 hold til failure@21,7kg Im hub PR! Long holds both hands. This was my 1rm a few sessions ago.

2x1 hold til failure@20,3kg Im hub.

3x1 ISOfloating 20kg blockweight back and forth on concrete floor.

2x1 pinky/ringfinger pinch holds on upsidedown 8kg kettlebell + 8kg chain attached. Cause i feel that hub nor blockweights hit these fingers very good..

Ponyclamp 2xMax just cause Chris Rice said that it was needed for thumb health in the grip well.

Felt nice to ISO the blockweight I want to master!

Really generated power that normal lifts dont, especially in the fingertips and thumb.

I want to start training RT again!

Im afraid that it will kill my gripperprogress tho.

How would you start to incorporate it Chez?

I want to cert mm1 this year too, but I want my thickbar to soar aswell :D

I was supposed to train grippers on Sunday but what the hell, I felt kinda fresh.

Warmup as usual.

Righty;

1@140# coc3

1@146# coc3

3x1@155# mm1, PR in number of singles on that gripper.

2x2@140# coc3 with 20mm blockset. God damn you lose power trying to hold the set while fumbling with the block. PR with block tho.

Never done heavy work with a block before.

4@140# coc3 mms

7@coc2,5 - 20mm block.

Lefty;

5x3@coc2,5 in a hoseclamp, 20mm width.

2x2@same width, same gripper.

14@filed coc1,5 - 20mm block.

Extensors.

Wont be long now, before that 161# elite goes down hard!

Nice with some kind of PR again today!

With my euro, RT, grippers, hubs, blockweights, sledgehammers and something more I think I've spent Like 2700$ :S prolly closer to 3000 with bendingstock.

And now I have anxiety haha

Hell yes! Some drink, smoke and do drugs. That's 3000$ in a year easy.

My stuff will last me a llifetime.

Exactly. I'd rather spend my money on something that is useful to better myself then something that will kill me faster
