Congrats bro. Welcome to the old guy club - cough - Serious though, that sounds very frustrating man. Hope the new year will bring you more health.

Chez trains grippers every 7-10 days.

Works good for me too atm.

For 2+ years I was too eager to train that I killed my progress.

Now that I rest more I seem to gain strength every session.

I know its fun to train but if I rest longer I get so much more motivation to train hard and the sessions are INTENSE!

I e-maild with him about frequency about 2 month ago. He thinks at the moment i can probably work grippers twice a week or twice every 8 days. i am still in experimanting state. When i start general lifting in jamnuary i will probably switch it to less frequency.

I will defenitly follow his plan some time. This week i shipped all ( 39 ) my unrated COC's, GHP's, CPW Hybrids and Tetting's and ordered another 12 grippers from him. With the 8 rated that i already have it comes out to 59 rated grippers. I think this will be a ideal progression. At least to the # 3. I also have complete RB-line. But i don't like them that much. They seem to be from different series. Some are much wider and they have diffferent nurlings. Perhaps i will get them rated later, but i am not sure.

That sucks big time. Hope the plate helps!

I had the same problem with my other foot a few years back. The plate is still inside. I should have known better and decided for surgery 9 weeks back.
