jvance Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) 2 hand pinch curling with empty euro device - dry weight at 50mm is 61.0lbs If the plate curls aren't doing it for you, then they are probably too thin, i suggest curling the width you pinch at i should add that this is a very tough exercise on the wrist tendons, do at your own risk...start slowly and don't try to be macho about it, if your euro is too heavy you can replace the steel pipe with pvc, it should reduce the off-centered weight Edited April 30, 2014 by jvance 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
