2 hand pinch curling with empty euro device - dry weight at 50mm is 61.0lbs

If the plate curls aren't doing it for you, then they are probably too thin, i suggest curling the width you pinch at

i should add that this is a very tough exercise on the wrist tendons, do at your own risk...start slowly and don't try to be macho about it, if your euro is too heavy you can replace the steel pipe with pvc, it should reduce the off-centered weight

I did wrist curls over my knees for a few months way back when with the Euro but haven't tried curls yet - looks good.

I do that on occasion with the old York 75# plates I have. Best set so far is 5 reps. It does hit the wrists especially hard.
