Guest jeremysipple Posted May 10, 2003 Share Posted May 10, 2003 hi i am new to grip training i decided to post my workouts to get feedback from other members i train the right handfirst 5/11/03 5-30pm-600pm coc trainer 1 set 0f 5 coc #1 ,7 singles - 3 assisted singles 6lb sledge lower to nose hold 4 inches from bottom 2 reps, 6 inches 3reps,8 inches 5 reps, hold sledge out to the front lower away from me.(same as lower to nose except going in the oppisite direction), holding half way up handle 3 sets of 5. cinder block pinch- hold in middle of block for 15 seconds 12 seconds 8 seconds any comments are welcome.thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jonathan McMillan Posted May 10, 2003 Share Posted May 10, 2003 Sounds good keep it up as long as you are progressing then switch things when you get bogged down. You'll appreciate this story. Got talking yesterday with my soon to be father inlaw who use to be a bricklayer. He talked about this one guy who would lay those cider blocks with one hand all day long! This includes slapping motar on the top of it prior to placing it, but what makes it even more impressive is when laying a block it has to be placed perfectly down level in all directions and in the exact position required.
