Top Roll Workouts

I need some new an unique workouts or exercises to add or substitute in my routine that will help improve the top roll?

Do you have bands and a table? What are you currently doing?

New and unique? Alright. These will help your roll tremendously but are often not considered "top roll exercises."

Plate curls/plate wrist curls. Narrow (2" or so) 2HP for high reps.


Wide variety of rising wrist exercises (as in thumb toward face)

Swing a sledge hammer

train in the strap

They work. I will also note that having a stronger arm will improve your toproll, so work your arm strength.
