What Days Should I Train With This Routine?

hey. i just got my first CoC gripper (no.1) and wondering which days would be best? pretty much should i do it on off days or on days working out? I'm doing a push pull legs routine meaning on monday i push then tuesday off then wed legs then thur off and friday pull. every day has just one off day in between. i would really appreciate help

what if i say please? lol. i ask this because i don't want it to interfere with stuff like deadliest so I'm wondering if i should do it ever day after workout

Just go twice/week and fit it in wherever. I probably doesn't matter as much when you're first starting out.
