Hi!

GripMonsters opened a few days ago new forum. We started mainly in Finnish. One thread is in English and more later. Step by step forward. :grin:

Now we started with four different challenges. Challenges ends 30.12 2013. I hope you want to try one or all challenges. Please, make a video of your performance and post it here, in this thread.

Species:

2x15kg or 3x10kg plates pinch timehold.

-You must take time for both hands, left and right and then times will be added together.

For example, 13.98sec is 13sec and 4.90sec is 4sec.

Coc#2.5 + 20mm block

-reps

Biceps curl against the wall, weight 50kg. You can use powerlifting bar or curve bar. Your ass and upper back must be locked to wall. Head must not be locked. :)

Military Bench Press with your own weight

"For example, if your weight is 102.5kg then your bar weight is 102.5kg. If your weight is 102.6kg then your bar weight is 105kg. I mean with this 2.5kg tolerance to up.

for the coc, do we need to reswipe the block for each rep?

Great contest Juha! Especially interesting is the tournament Coc#2.5 + 20mm block-reps.

What's the rules on the 2 x 15kg hold? Can you hold the plates until they slip out of your hand or do you have to put them down? Are you allowed to put more then 1 video up just incase you get a longer hold?

Plates can slip out of your hand. Then time stops when plates slips out. "More respect" style is to do your holds without slips out like other dudes has done. Challenge ends 30.12 2013 and you can put as many videos as you will do.

Joshua, I did 20reps after my INCH hold. No one other has done yet.
