Shoulder press - barbell worked up to 60kg stricts

Trap bar deadlifts - up to 150kg

dumbbell rows - triples with 45kg per arm

Bent a few 'I' Drill rods and squares in single IMPS

Deadlifts - Did triples up to 165kg on the trap bar

did some shoulders aswell, nothing heavy just repped out 40kg

Resting a week then trying for 190kg! Working around many injuries right now though, but these PRs are keeping me motivated

Update: Wrist hurts only when I bend now. So while that heals I am training for the next arm wrestling comp I can attend

Recent Pb's:

Shoulder pressed 2x 35kg dumbells today for 4 reps

Preacher curled and table curled a 37.5kg dumbbell for reps

Can hold a pull up one handed for around 5seconds + now - working on trying a for a full range one arm pullup!
