Last night's session

Squats, no belt

10x255, 10x275, 2x295

Seated overhead barbell press 4x145 5x145 12x115

Chin ups 6xbw+50 3xbw+75 2xbw+75, 10xbw+50

Flat bench dumbbell extensions 3 x 8 x 35

Dumbbell preacher curls 2 x 10 x 25, 20x25

Excellent workout. Squats with no belt are feeling better and better. Didn't feel confident going for more reps with 295. Didn't do any chest because I did some db flat bench presses a few days ago that I didn't log. I should also note that I'm using my Sidewinder wrist roller every day to every other day now, as well as doing sledge stuff. Just don't want anyone thinking I'm neglecting my wrists LOL

How do you like the sidewinder? Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow; I went with the pro extreme.

I have the same model; it's worth its weight in gold. I love it and can do so many things with it. Sometimes I leave the resistance low and crank out endless reps. Other times I'll make it so I can barely budge it and see what I can do with it. My favorite way to use it is in the screwdriver fashion

Haha yeah man it certainly isn't cheap. I paid around 120USD for mine. But you'll notice that a lot of guys sell their one wicked wrist rollers, but no one sells their sidewinders. It really just feels incredible to use. To make the blow to my wallet more bearable, I sold off some grip stuff that I wasn't using.

Lying Leg curls

Barbell Flat bench press

4 sets of 5 reps 185

Cable row

10x170, 9x170, 8x170

Pull ups with iron bull 2.0s

12, 8, 8

Incline db bench press

2 sets 12 reps 70lbers

Cable face pull

20x150, 15x150

Cable pushdown 12x80, 8x90, 10x80

EZ bar curls 8x70, 7x70

Last training session before the contest. I haven't done barbell flat bench in a long, long, long time but for whatever reason, I decided to do it. I think it was because my grip was cooked after the deads and I didn't feel like walking from the dumbbell rack to a bench with 95lb dumbbells in each hand. Gonna be taking it easy now until Saturday!

Thanks jon, I consider that a great compliment coming from you. Thickbar has quickly become my favorite part of grip to train. Wanna see what I can do with these small girly sized hands!

My hands are 8" exactly, kinda average I guess.

Just an update....King Kong is tomorrow so I haven't been doing crap all week; just some extensor work while I'm sitting at my desk. Looking forward to tomorrow!
