I've been keeping a log on Bender's Battlefield for a few years. The sites been down for a few days, so I figured what better time than now to start a log here!? Some background info: Age: 39 H

Here is the 345 bench from yesterday. Not a perfect rep, but I'll take it! Bodyweight was around 195lbs.

I made my second attempt at the DU Horrido cert.  Mistakenly, I cut the bar to 5.25", not reading that bars can only be cut in .5" increments.  The bend was pretty decent; probably should've cut it down to 5".

My wife and I took a brief vacation to the beach and I was forced to find a gym.  I found a smaller gym that had some decent equipment.  Definitely like my stuff better.  Got bad sunburn which made putting on my belt ridiculous.

Day 2 at the vacation gym.  I got up to 315 before realizing that the bar was a little bent.  So I stripped it and found another bar.  Unfortunately, none of the bars had any center knurling, so it was really awkward and never felt quite right.  All of the weights near the squat rack were these huge, double-width rubber weights.  315 would've taken up the entire bar.  So, I had to walk across the length of the gym (near the bench) and carry all of the thinner steel plates back-and-forth to the squat rack.  No idea why the regular weights wouldn't be near the squat rack?
