I was wearing mesh shorts on the horseshoe bend which made it a lot more difficult than it should've been.  I couldn't really get a good position on the crush but was happy to have gotten it to 170.

I was tempted to bend an Ironmind Red Nail tonight, but was able to get through the day without doing one.  Longest time between Red bends in over 10 years.  Thought it would affect me a little more, but the indifference to it is kind of refreshing.  

I ended up tweaking my lower back on the crushdown on the horseshoe.  Hopefully nothing major.

I made another cert. attempt at the SSP #000 today.  The kink on this one was tougher than the last few, which really zapped me by the time I got to the crush-down.  At this point, I didn't have enough left to take it any further.
