Bench today felt pretty weak.  I didn't get to lift until late at night, but I still felt kinda run-down throughout the day, so it probably wouldn't of mattered too much what time I trained.

Overhead presses were pretty weak today.  Not entirely sure why, but I knew it when I was pressing the 135 that it would be rough.  For the first time in months, I was able to get a few reps with the Hub without too much pain.

I don't think I've ever bent 1045 steel.  I knew it was a lot tougher than regular CRS, but wasn't expecting how much it actually was.  Turned out harder than the Grade 5 bolt I bent right after it.

I hesitated just long enough out of the hole that I couldn't bust through the sticking point, and got slammed.  Thought about putting on wraps and going up to 405, but I re-took the attempt and got a decent rep.

I tried to do a few DU bends with DHWG wraps touching, and reaggravated the issues I've been having the past few months in my bicep and forearm.  I only did two attempts and stopped out of frustration.  Not a good feeling.
