I didn't get to lift until late at night, but I still felt kinda run-down throughout the day, so it probably wouldn't of mattered too much what time I trained. Not entirely sure why, but I knew it when I was pressing the 135 that it would be rough. For the first time in months, I was able to get a few reps with the Hub without too much pain. I knew it was a lot tougher than regular CRS, but wasn't expecting how much it actually was.
