Tried another attempt right after and couldn't even move it. 200lb. strict press remains one of the top ongoing goals. Ideally, 200lb. press at 200lb. bodyweight. Initially, I was going to do a 30" bar to "re-acclimate," but decided to go a little shorter, as I only had one 4-foot section left. I've been dealing with some pain in my forearm/elbow and bicep the past few weeks, that seems to be aggravated by a couple of my favorite things (DO, pull-ups, barbell curls etc.).
