I missed the 190 strict press about halfway up.  Tried another attempt right after and couldn't even move it.  200lb. strict press remains one of the top ongoing goals.  Ideally, 200lb. press at 200lb. bodyweight.

Bench felt pretty strong today.  I almost went for 315 on my last set, after how easy the 255 felt.

First snap I've done in a few months and I was surprised at how fast it was.  I wasn't timing, but it was around 2 minutes, I think.  Pretty painful though, in the thinner wraps.

The 5/8 bar was the first I attempted since early May at Don's comp.  Initially, I was going to do a 30" bar to "re-acclimate," but decided to go a little shorter, as I only had one 4-foot section left.  It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but still a little rusty, and a little more painful than it should've been.

Curls were tough today.  I've been dealing with some pain in my forearm/elbow and bicep the past few weeks, that seems to be aggravated by a couple of my favorite things (DO, pull-ups, barbell curls etc.).  So, I've been (semi-successfully) doing variations of each to minimize pain as much as possible, as well as utilizing different recovery methods.
