We went to the beach for a few days and I found an awesome place to train in Delaware.  They had everything.  This would be one of the only places I've been in decades that would draw me out of my basement to train.  Squatting in a Elitefts rack with a Rogue bar was cool;  having to look in a mirror when I was squatting wasn't.  That would be the only complaint.

I am going to start experimenting with more of a low bar-type squat, due to lingering issues with my neck/traps.  I've always been a high-bar squatter, even suited, so it will probably be an adjustment.  350 felt pretty good, but a little awkward.  As I work these in more, I will likely try to stay in this range, until I get the leverage/technique down better.  Grippers felt strong today.
