Not much power on the DU Shiny attempt.  I rewrapped it up too and wasn't able to get any more movement.  Frustrated, I needed to take something tough down, and tried a Grade 8, which turned into a very difficult battle after the Shiny attempt, as my hands/fingers were already hurting pretty good.

I was glad to get some work in today (with the craziness of the holidays) but continue to feel weak and run-down.  165 felt like 190 on the presses and everything else felt off by about 10%.  Maybe age is finally catching up.  :unsure

I have no idea what happened on the first shoe ... just got stopped toward the end and couldn't get it.  I didn't feel like a regular LR00.  Or maybe just too tired/run-down?

285x3 on bench felt great; 305x1 was slow and labored, turning out to really surprise me, as I was originally looking to get 3 reps.

Not too sure what is going on with standing presses.  170 was slow and 185 didn't move more than an inch.  This was a weight I was getting pretty consistently not too long ago.  I worked in a few reps of seated presses for the first time in years, and might include these in the regular rotation again.  I just need to be careful with set-up, as I ended up hurting my back on these years ago, after getting up in weight, while struggling with a rep and leaning back too far.

Broke out the Plateau Buster for the first time in awhile.  Hope to include some more "core" stuff in my routine; doing these years ago helped with a lot of my lifts, from memory.  Time for training is very short though, and I just have to figure out an appropriate pace and order (at least during the week).
