The LR0 was tough.  I had to stop a few times over about 5 minutes to finish it.  Took it to just about 180 degrees.

I ended up ripping my thumb open a little on the 72.5 hub attempt.  Ended up just breaking the ground ... almost like a hover.  After that, 70 wouldn't budge.  I am going to stick with a focus on the hub - both Ironmind and BSS, with hopes of moving up the list (BSS).  I would really like to reach a longterm goal with the Ironmind Hub this year of 75lbs.

I took the LR0 to about 182 deg. in about the same time as the last.  But, my leg is bruised up in a few places, and I was still able to get past that and finish the bend, which I'll definitely take.  The 35lbs. on the Stub ties a PR.  It was a solid rep and better than the last a few years ago, from what I remember.

The Flask surprised me today.  I haven't been doing 2-hand pinch a lot lately, and was expecting things to be weak with it (150 is my all-time PR with the Flask).  But, 150 went up solid.  I would have tried for 155-160, but my thumb pad/webbing was starting to tear, so I passed.

My son was just born :D, and it's been a tiring (but awesome few days).  I was able to get in a quick bench session, but felt really run down and weak, so not-too-great with the numbers or volume.  I decided to pass-up my hospital dedication bend this time (too old and tired), but will likely do something challenging soon.  (Maybe a Grade 8 DU in IMPs and a horseshoe right after it.)

The 5.5" Grade 8 hurt pretty bad on the crush, which made the Red bend a lot tougher than it should have been.  Grippers felt pretty strong today.    I'm thinking about starting RRBT up again soon, as it seems like I am going to need it or KTA if I'm going to get the MM0.  Been right there but end up sliding backwards and don't want it to get out of reach before everything all said-and-done.

I surprised myself with getting 10 chin-ups.  Each was a complete stop on the bottom.  Unfortunately, chins seem to be aggravating my left forearm in two places.  I got a slight hover with the 72.5 on the hub, but ended up tearing my thumbpad again; 70 didn't even budge.

* I bent the Grade 8 and horseshoe in succession, as a "dedication bend" for my son who was born last week.  It turned out to be the easiest "hard" double underhand bend I've ever done (IMPs).  Immediately after, I was kicking myself for not attempting a Red (older batch).

Axle benches felt pretty strong, but it was getting really difficult to get the bar out of the hooks by myself after having set-up, on the last two reps.  My elbow-area started to hurt on chins, so I switched to pull ups for my second set.

The last couple of max attempts on the BSS Hub have torn open my thumb pad, so I'm going to lay off top rep attempts for awhile.  It's been taking nearly a week to heal, and becoming a pain.  Maybe I'll start doing some different stuff with it the next few weeks.

All-around squats felt pretty good today.  I am doing a variation of RRBT, but am not going to log it.  I'm planning on doing this for a week-or-two, for some conditioning, then will go 2-3 days/week for a little, before attempting one of the programs full-time again.

The reverse-band benches were tough.  I set-up in my squat rack, with the high pegs, which made it really difficult getting the bar out alone, especially not have done these in awhile.  Just felt really awkward.

With the new baby, our previous semi-spacious house is not-so-spacious anymore.  (Total of three kids ... all under the age of 10.)  So, we have started looking at new places, and will probably be putting our house on the market soon.  What this means (aside from the additional chaos for us) is that I am going to lose my "grip room."  :(  Most of my stuff is now in the process of being packed-up or moved to my garage gym.  I'm going to keep up my training as much as possible, but predict things are going to get a lot more challenging than an already challenging existence (training-wise).

Through the course of moving/packing boxes up, my lower back was starting to twinge, after several hours on my feet.  Getting the last of my "grip room" cleared, I good morninged a heavy box of bent 5/8" HRS, and ended up tweaking it worse.  So, to be safe, I decided to skip squats this week.  All should be good in a few days.
