I was going through old pages on the bending log.. 

Your 10 years of bi-weekly red nail bending is pretty cool. Especially doing it after PRK.. I bent 60d spirals 10 days after PRK and my eyes felt like they where gonna pop.

Thanks.  Yeah, it was pretty crazy.  Lot of health issues during that time came up but the streak never stopped.  The worst was after I had kidney stone surgery.  I couldn't fully stand-up but still took a Red down not too long after the surgery.  I thought I'd miss it all, but I haven't really, at least like I was worrying about.  My neck has gotten better too the past two years, with pulling-back on the DO bending. 

The Red Nail streak really didn't start beating me up until the last few years, where things started to seemingly fall apart physically for a few years.

My hip has started to become aggravated lately, especially felt when I am squatting.  The kind of feeling that is unstable on the descent and weak on the ascent.  I haven't trained consistently in briefs in years but maybe need to get back to that to prevent this issue from getting worse.
