The 330 was the most I've done raw in a few years, I think.  Not too bad, but getting into my arch and position seemed to really aggravate my neck, causing some issues to flare up again.  Going to back off on this for a little and try some variations of bench, then flatten-out my position and see what happens with the residual pain.
