It's been a few years since I've taken down a Red double-underhand in singles (BBW).  At some point this year, if I remain healthy(ish), I hope to bend a Red DU in single IMPs.  This bend has eluded me for awhile.

I wasn't really trying for a pull-up PR but 12 (strict) reps is an all-time PR.  Never really been a pull-up guy, but might make a run at 15 soon.  Body weight is 205 right now.

Carl, that’s some impressive unbraced work! Getting 19/64 to 20 degrees underhand is thoroughly impressive, and your reverse is in great shape.

Thanks Tom!  Taken some of these bars down before, but pretty tough stock.

@Buccos1 I was looking through your log, what do you use for strength programming? Do you follow a certain program or just do what feels good? Seems to be very low volume (I like that)
