Squats felt OK today.  I was just too slow with 415, and couldn't get moving out of the hole.  Came back with light knee wraps and blasted 405.

I could have gotten a third rep with 315 on bench, but didn't have a spotter and didn't want to chance it, as it would have been a grinder.  DU has been feeling pretty good lately.  I'm going to be making another Grade 8 attempt in single IMPs soon, maybe one cut down a little.

Deadlifts felt solid today ... quick and strong.  The briefs I've been wearing are a few years old, and pretty worn out.  Pretty happy to still be hovering around 500 sumo with them.  I normally don't do speed squats, but wanted to try after deads today.  Just too much stress on my knees; I might try them a few more times before giving them up for good, if they continue to cause pain.
