It is a wonderful book, written in the middle of the grand-central-station of iron history. He has offered parts of it for Iron Game History, and these issues must be the ones you do not have, Arne; if not, let me know, and I can pin point the specific issues for you. I am no longer connected to IGH, so it is from a neutral position that I say, IGH is the journal for everyone who is serious about iron history.
