hit the grippers a few days ago

and got a nice 5 rep with the no 2

now to get the same with the 2.5, and finally get that 3

here s a few reps on the 2.5

Nice wide reps man, because of the light you couldn't see the close til the last rep, which wasn't quite there, so a possible 4 .

Nice and strong though man!

The #2.5, 2 solid miss on the last.

Looks like you could do with some work on your setting, have you checked out Paul Knight's 101 on gripper setting?

Yeah my setting has been my weakness for quite a while

I will have to check that out for sure

Get my setting better and close the next gripper after

2.5 and work my way up

Nice! Keep adding in small increments as reps or set each time. Move up to next gripper. Repeat. #3 will fall :)
