Comments :

I was supposed to take a shot at the #3 today, but my hands didn't feel to good ( pain in my right wrist and feeling weak ).

I'm not in a hurry, and remember the Gripboard Grip Bash ( I have to train... so I don't come in "dead last" ). :whistel:tongue

PS. The grippers are very addicting !

I also did some light wrist work ( wrist curls etc... ).

Comments :

Had some pain in my right wrist again. And my strength has "left the building" ( probably because I participated in a bench meet earlier in the day ?? ) . I'm going to follow Griparn's advice, and take it easy on the grippers for a few days ;) ( Tuesday will be next gripper day ).

2strong, how many days apart are your workouts? those are some pretty impressive numbers, you should be getting darn close to that 3

I train as often as I can ( I back off when I feel to much pain in my wrists / hands ).

I'm actually not sure if I have closed the #3 or not . A friend of mine tried to take some pictures, but they are useless ( here is the 4 attempt of taking a picture : http://home.nktv.no/~dagroye/styrkesport/b..._coc3right.html :( ).

My goal is to close the #3 before this years end ( I have trained with grippers since 11.01.2003 ).
