I was at the gym today squatting I just got done with my second set of 500 for a triple and this guy said y r u using so much weight he said I do a lot of reps that way I look good, then he said I mean really wouldnt you rather look like you're strong than b strong? I just said y don't I look strong?

had to sit around for while and watch people squat, there were at least 3 different people in a span of 15 minutes doing half squats with 25 pounds on each side. I'm thinking WTF is going on here?

squats for us, I worked up to 525 for a double then did some 15 and 20 rep squats with light weight

3/16/14

holds with 125 on the 2hp and hand to hand block tosses

been woking 12s overnight so tired.. got to hit the sack, im tired

Pinch grip the office chairs, I do that all the time at work. Or pinch the desk and scoot your chair back and forth with a pinch. Lol you can train grip anyway with anything

Thanks guys, I can't bring a blob cause we don't get breaks, plus I want to expose myself to unexpected skin tears since I'm always around other peoples blood and gutsbut I do like the idea of pitching the table and sliding the chair in and out that I can definitely do, I'll try it tonight

I was really proud of the last set due to the fact that I have been using a smith machine for months now. Gives me an idea where I'm at.

anybody have gym memberships? What are you paying? They wanted $30 a month and $100 a year membership fees, I thought that was alot, yes or no. I'm only paying $10 a month and $50 membership at Planet fitness now.
