Yea this guy was curling and squatting 25lbs for 45 min straight. Then p lanking for core. And I was like you know the dead lift if for your core. And he said yea but you can hurt your back.

The only thing I can say is chicks dig it, it would be the only reason I could tolerate it.

Blob work

I'm gonna be changing up my routine soon since my work schedule is changing so much. I'll have 2jobs and 3 kids in 3 different baseball leagues. And my wife works opposite shifts. I have to revaluate what need attention as far as my workouts go. It will be something like squats with a super set and them maybe one other item in a 5x3 or 5x5

thanks Jason I can't wait to get started on it. Yea the juggling part I haven't figured that out yet. Just imagine every second of the day someone slse being in control of what you do, that's how I feel. As long as I can get in some me time each day I'm cool though.

some general forearm streches for injury prevention

here is a vid from a little while ago from one of my workouts at planet fitness. of course they have a no camera rule ( as well as no chalk, no grunting, no muscles, no cell phones, no heavy squatting, and so forth) so i just leaned my phone up against my water bottle.
