Hey guys: JUST IN CASE YOU DONT KNOW the smith IS easier for me than my rack at home. The bar weighs only 15 to 20lbs, depending which gym I'm at. So these numbers are somewhat light unless I say exact weight, or I'm in the low 500's. It's easier for me posting the weights without subtracting the lighter bar. I just dont have the time for it. Ive written this before when I started the log at the benders battlefield, but not sure if I had here. Kk

that's some badass wrist rolling, parris. And I hear you, it's easier to just leave it in barbell weights. When I do stuff with the smith, I usually just write down how much weight I put on per side. We all have our way of keeping records.

thanks anthony I've forgotten how much I like the wrist roller I think I'm going to start trying to do it on a regular basis againI would like to make up something in my yard attached to a sled and pull it up hill, I have got about probably 60 feet I can do one, ithink it would be fun.

miserable now, just quit maybe ill go to the gym later.

This never happens at such a low weight. I just worked 4 12s and washing my hands a lot, maybe they were dried out. Any way I'm pissed now. This is the worst ever, right hand feels like eaw meat, and I thought I was all healed up
