Been dropping weight down to 231lb now, haven't felt like eating for a couple weeks, there is always something else to do, I wish I wanted to be thin again it would be no problem, so hard for me to keep weight on. the problem is when I lose weight I don't feel like working out either and start making excuses. oh well maybe I'm just in a slump. this time I think it all started with the new work schedules, nightshift, Springtime, and me having more demands here at home with the children and house work.

man whatever I did yesterday for that workout my forarms are sore as ever

did about 40 push-ups that was about all I could do today my elbow was grinding too much so I ended up quitting while I was ahead.

OMG my knees hurt so freaking bad from doing all those cleaning presses.my knees never ever hurt from squatting what could I have done so differently that it hurts like this. anyone have any thoughts.ibuprofen won't even touch it.
