I hope things clear up for your wife Parris. Sounds like a perfect storm brewing.

Jason she's so bad she has to get spinal fusion and she cant walk she's in terrible pain she been laid up for days and have to wait another weekfor the surgery.we are at the emergency room for 5 hours on Saturday we went to another hospital for 9 hours on Easter Sunday and Monday we went to see a specialist

sorry about the confusion here guys the one hand pinch workout should have read right maxed at 90, failed at95, and up to 85 on left hand.

yea really. Well I use my phone for just about all my Internet browsing for about 5 years now, so I'm bound to mess up, the numbers auto fill many times. Thanks for keepin up with my log Im glad your reading along.

It's good to see people who've been training a while not just disappear like a lot of the old timers. Grip should be more than 'discover you're good at it', 'go all and get really strong at it', 'close the 4 or do some other crazy feat' then disappear or move on to some other lame hobby.

your right I ve seen a lot of guys come and goi definately dont post as much as used to because iv already gone through 2 sets of friends here. Its tough when you make friends and they just never show up anymore. I stuck around because I really like this sport. I may not compete much but one day I plan on holding my own comps Like the rest of the guys. You make sure you stick around too, you are an asset to the board and people like hearing from ya!

405x3 finally broke the racking mechanism in the smith and had to call for help cause I couldnd rack it. Lol

Superset with 25 dumbell curls inbetween sets

4 sets of 20, leg extensions

4 sets of 20, sitting hamstring curls

Cable chest flys 4 sets of 15

Cable bicept curls 4 sets of 15

Grip: finger curls 4 sets of 15 with cable machine

Today: got my york fatman blob in the mail, now I have a set!

Also tore down a old loading pin and rewelded it (it was crooked and was bugging me!)
