rico300zx Posted April 3, 2014 Author Share Posted April 3, 2014 Whoa am I tired,did two12 overnight shift and 3 to 3 last night, body weight went from 232 to 228. slept 4 hours woke up got the kids off to school and went to the gym Planet fitness 10 min eliptical started off slow didn't have the energy for my usual quad machine supersetted with hamstring machine, 3 sets of 20 each machine box squats (about all I could muster) 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x5 500x4 550x3 550x3 chest cable flys 3 sets of 15 reps came home and set up a ladder and trimmed trees for the rest of the day Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cardio 10 min eliptical And before anyone says it I know smith squats are easier than regular squats, but it's all they got there. Smith squats Barx10 135x8 225x5 315x4 405x4 500x2 missed the pins ended up half way back down cause I slipped. . Oops 520x about half way up. Shoulder shrugs 135x12 4sets double overhand. rico300zx Posted April 21, 2014 Author Share Posted April 21, 2014 I'm going to have to change up my workout routine my wife has been in and out of the hospital emergency room two days in a row and today to see a specialist. is the next 7 days I work 6 12 hour night shifts. I'm going to switch over to 820 rep squat routine again it'll save some time in the gym and I can easily do it at home, summertime is so hard for me as far as working out goes with the 3 kids all in sports and now that I'm working night shift it's even harder plus my wife being sick. what at home in my rack. concentrating on leg Drive and hip thrusting to prepare for the heavier weight to come. 225x20 light grippers last night at 3am Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
