I do, and my son does also, but working night shift now I really like to get out of the house. It's nice to see other people that aren't patients of mine

Light grippers during night shift, I got a3 day stretch of night shift 727 so I'll be catch up with you on Tuesday or Wednesday maybe

Whoa am I tired,did two12 overnight shift and 3 to 3 last night, body weight went from 232 to 228. slept 4 hours woke up got the kids off to school and went to the gym

10 min eliptical

started off slow didn't have the energy for my usual

quad machine supersetted with hamstring machine, 3 sets of 20 each machine

box squats (about all I could muster)

chest cable flys

3 sets of 15 reps

came home and set up a ladder and trimmed trees for the rest of the day

thanks , I'm still trying to perfect my dorm that's y I think I've been sick at this weight for so long. Plus now that sports are back in for my kids its been harder to get to the gymI do so much better in the winter when there's nothing else to do except work out

felt like crap knighturn really been kicking my asseverything felt heavy but it really showed when I got to the heavier weights

Terrible squatting lol

.Yea some days I just cant get there, the problem is I think I've only worked out 1 day a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks, it kills me on the work sets.

ok heres this moning

Planet fitness after working all night.

And before anyone says it I know smith squats are easier than regular squats, but it's all they got there.

Shoulder shrugs 135x12 4sets double overhand.

Each set of Squats supersetted with 8 reps double dumbell curl 30# cruls with a squeeze and hold at the top.

I've been doing long pause squats 3-5 seconds at bottom... Strength is finally going up, I've been squatting for years with no progress except my vertical

why do you think you've had no progress are you eating well and sleeping enough are you doing your squats deep enough.try doing a 20 rep routine, try doing a five by five. try doing squats 3 days a week or 4

I'm going to have to change up my workout routine my wife has been in and out of the hospital emergency room two days in a row and today to see a specialist. is the next 7 days I work 6 12 hour night shifts. I'm going to switch over to 820 rep squat routine again it'll save some time in the gym and I can easily do it at home, summertime is so hard for me as far as working out goes with the 3 kids all in sports and now that I'm working night shift it's even harder plus my wife being sick.

what at home in my rack. concentrating on leg Drive and hip thrusting to prepare for the heavier weight to come.

word of warning 7 overnight 12 hour shifts in the emergency room is bad news for lifting weights. I taking with me tonight though. only 4 more shifts to go!

Jason she's so bad she has to get spinal fusion and she cant walk she's in terrible pain she been laid up for days and have to wait another weekfor the surgery.we are at the emergency room for 5 hours on Saturday we went to another hospital for 9 hours on Easter Sunday and Monday we went to see a specialist
