I have used jewel weed to help with poisen ivy. works well but, you have to get the jewel weed in the spring when it's got a lot of sap.

the coal tar is just a bar you can keep on hand. helps with itching and drys it out.

Went to Gettsburgh National Park today with the fam, lots of fun. Finally got to work out tonight at midnight....this one day off at a time is messed up, and so is getting up at 5 for the birds.

I did some pinching last week but I really don't even remember what I did to tell you the truth.

Tonight

2hp. Finally got my 2HP rebuilt, and it's awesome. Solid 3' x 2' hot rolled steel bar, and guess what he spring collars fit nice and tight! new insert to bring me up to 64" width and repainted the Olympic collars cherry red. 74lbs on the baby scale. I'll take it to the post office for a better weight when I get a chance.

Not bad seeming I can't even remember the last time I was pinching half decent since I've started this new job it's been a blur.

DO finger curls with 135lbs 2x20

Couple inch trainer lifts with about with 100 some lbs

Pinch trainer one hand lifts with 60lbs

Pinch trainer one hand curls with 20 lbs 1x6 each hand

Quarter levers with my 10lb hammer

And some practice holds as well for quarter levering. I should be better at this since I am tied for the world record with MikeK on levering to the nose for some 26lbs at the CGC a few years ago but it's a different sort of grip I really never worked on but I'll get better.

Hopefully..maybe some squats tomorrow.....

I haven't posted a workout for a long time. I have been to the gym as much as I can but I have also been workin a hell of a lot. I started a new emergency room nursing job a week or so ago that is a lot closer to home. But I'm going to be working night turn again, 3 12hr shifts a week. And I'm still holding a second part time job as well. Anyway I've been squatting every time I hit the gym and some asessory lifts like chest or shoulders or biceps

Just finally got my 2hp together the way I been thinking, it's a even 75lbs now and I'm happy about that because it's really easy for me to add up the weight in lbs. here's today's workout at 64mm oh and it was 54 degrees in the basement this morning.

Couple one hand lifts with 75lbs

175x1 for 10sec holds with the work gloves on did this 4times.

I didn't want to push it so I quit here since I haven't pinched in I'm guessing 6 months without looking.

Yesterday

curls and, rows with 2.5 dumbell 75lbs, and homemade blobtop

The curls and rows were done in crosfit fasion starting at 10 and 1 till I was 1 and 10 without much rest inbetween

5 or 6 sets of wide grip holds for 10 sec with 40 lbs using new pinch dumbell im designing, just trying it out today, simular to my pinch dumbell but alot wider.

Thats all for today didnt feel like really doing much, work kicks my but and im not used to it yet, 3 12s in a row coming up.
