And I was like you know the dead lift if for your core. And he said yea but you can hurt your back. During that time I interviewed for an emergency room nurse and hey guess what I got the job! I orient next month....finally the job I wanted. Cardio Yesterday at home ATG squats at home. 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x3 455xNL to be expected after almost 2 weeks off from squatting and not keeping up my diet. All supersetted with inch dumbbell trainer 5x5 80lbs Blob work I'm gonna be changing up my routine soon since my work schedule is changing so much. I'll have 2jobs and 3 kids in 3 different baseball leagues. And my wife works opposite shifts. I have to revaluate what need attention as far as my workouts go. rico300zx Posted May 1, 2013 Author Share Posted May 1, 2013 (edited) Yesterday at home cardio~ elipitical Squats 315ATG 5x5 thats all folks Today at home thick bar 2.5" inch trainer non rotating handle 80# ONE ARM ROWS, 4SETS OF 8 REPS supersetted with 4 sets of 5rep chins 2.5" rotating handle inch trainer deadlift with 10 sec holds 100# x2 sets 120# x1 set some general forearm streches for injury prevention here is a vid from a little while ago from one of my workouts at planet fitness. of course they have a no camera rule ( as well as no chalk, no grunting, no muscles, no cell phones, no heavy squatting, and so forth) so i just leaned my phone up against my water bottle.
