I found that doing high rep work on TK or PC really helps with pinch strength;I like to do something like karlsen crucifix on my TK.This really blows up your thumb pad and helps with gripper also. LH warm up as above working GHP 7 4x2 Pinch Got 2x15 kg pretty easily tried 2x20 for fun but it was glued to the floor. Thanks for the kind words dude; Wade told me that i have to measure the spread of the gripper after the close and that i have to show my face also.These things are not a problem for me and ill make another video soon. I want to get to that weight actually and I'm 6'6. Forearm is huge also bigger then mine and I outweigh you by a good amount right now.
