BW warmup

RT;

6@33kg

5@43kg

@70kg: lefty 7 reps PR righty 4 reps PR

H4T@63kg til failure, around 10 seconds.

Pinching 2x10kg plates and 2x15kg plates, cant really get 2x15kg with oen hand yet.

Hulahula pinch 2xMax sets.

Clean 2x10kg plates 7-8 times.

Pony clamps for thumb a few sets and IM expand bands.

Nice session. Nice to PR alittle again. Hehe

Today I got 2 packages in the mail, one from Mr Cannon and one from extremepower, a Swedish PL site.

From cannon I got a coc2, coc2,5 and a coc3 rated at 153lbs and a BB Elite rated at 161lbs.

Thanks for the autograph Mr Cannon!

From extremepower I got a RB330N :)

Dude am I excited to try theses out!

Good new is my left hand is getting better by the day! Even tho I cant train grippers and bending yet, Im better than I was in my left hand last week. Rest is the only option atm.

Bad news is, its just thursday, I want it to be saturday so that I can smash my BB Elites!

Benchpress - fakked app spastic disorder. Cant bench.

Wont even mention it further.

Grippers right hand;

10@Trainer,

6@coc1,

1@coc2,

1@BB GM,

4 or 5x1 (lost count) hoseclamped BB Elite@18mm.

Third rep was smashed closed, the other was alittle soso but closed.

1@BB GM smashed to death and overcrushed for 5 seconds or so, all singles are.

1@coc2,5 smash, oc and killed.

Did some key-pinching for the first time ever on my strongergrips device, cool stuff tho I was weak :)

Tried some 15kg plate flips but I was off today.

I tried closing grippers with my hurt left hand yesterday and it didnt (bad word filter)ING hurt for the first time in months :)

I forgot to wright it down yesterday, was in a hurry.

Did like 10@cocT, 6@coc1, 2x1@coc2 and then I smashed my new coc2,5 with my left!

Havent lost any strength!!!! :) almost the opposite.

First attempt was a solid close with grind on the OC :) the other attempt got a bad set and I failed.

Only felt slight slight pain on the attempt I missed on.

1xcoc2 smash.

Gave it up there, happy to be able to close shit again :)

Forgot to wright yesterday but I did some legpressing and then grippers, sledge work and alittle RT just for the hell of it. We were a great group of friends having a blast doing grippers etc so :)

I cant remember the warmup but it was somethng like

6@coc1, 2@coc2, 1@coc2,5, 1@153lbs coc3, miss by a hair@RB300N 2x1, missed it, I got tired@153lbs coc3, 2x1@BB GM - smashed closed and OC'ed righty, almost got it both times lefty and thats a new PR lefty! :) Hoping that I'll cose it lefty soon, that will be a real milestone!

All kinds of sledgework.

Some RT.

Did a video of the working singles, forgot to video the warmup and the sledgework, we were having too much fun.

Might post the vid later on if I can get the sound to work on it :getlost:

Today I trained bench and stuff at the gym and a guy came up to me and asked if I could lift a 50kg steel eleiko plate with one hand.

I tried it multiple times and got it a few times but I could only hold it a few seconds.

He had seen my youtube-channel thats why he asked me haha

This I will practise more often :)

An over all bad day in so many ways.

Feeling bad mentally and physically all day long, tired and what not but it turned out to be an awsome day at the gym anyway!

Legpress;

10@50, 100, 150, 200kg

3x5@240kg Im taking it easy on my bum knee atm.

In between sets and after legpressing I did an awsome gripsession!

Grippers;

Righty;

10@coc1,5 started with paralell reps and after like 5 reps I did TNS.

2@coc2

1@coc2,5 and BB GM

@BB Elite clamped down to 18,5mm; miss (wonder why I didnt get that last mm.)... close, close, close.

1@filed down CoC3 and BB GM

Lefty;

10@coc1,5

2x2@coc2

1@coc2,5 brutal close ;)

@BB GM; miss, almost closed!, miss

repped out my coc2 til failure and got 16 paralell reps in my mind but my friend said 14, I believe my own counting ;)

All closes and the miss were overcrushed for 4-5 seconds as always!

Increasing the gap on BB Elite to 20mm for next session! This is thrilling already haha

Did alot of sledgework and a couple of farmerswalks with a 50kg steel eleiko plate in each hand, PR for sure!

This is what happend if you didnt understand my explenation, but with 4-5 meter walks.

I had plates like the onces the guy in the middle uses.

Goal for this year is to walk through the whole gym with them. 30-40 meters that is!

Today I warmed up with calf raises, lots of sets x 15 increasing weight every set.

Some light bicepwork to prepare for RT.

Can really remember the weights atm, for got them, repped 70 for 2 reps, bad day and then I did like 12lefty and 8 righty @ 65 or 68kg. Cant remember.

Tried my pinchblock for the first time in 2 years I guess.

Did lots of warmupsets and got 83kg, PR, ;) without training pinch really for 2 years I increased my PR with 2 kg.

PRed with a 2@81-82kg aswell.

Then I tried pinching 2x15kg thin steel plates, cant get them yet tho.

Gonna start pinching once a week again. Wanna get that 100kg mark.

I bent like 6 6mm stainless 15cm bars DU and before the last of 6 sets of 4@95kg I wrapped an IM RED NAIL IN IMPs AND BRUTALIZED IT IN LIKE 3 SECONDS!

Huge PR for me! First time ever bending a RED in IMPs and it was soooooo easy!

I tried to crush it down but I felt that left hand injury act up so I stopped. I know I can crush it easy in IMPs when Im healed up, Ive done it before with little or no effort.

This was a really really good day to do grip and Im thinking about taking a 2 week restingeriod for grip now and return to smash that coc3,5 and maybe get it alittle closer to shut ;)

Tried to get 2x15kg thin eleiko plates, couldnt. Lifted them up with both hands and passed them back and forth.

Did 2 lifts with 1 eleiko 50kg in each hand.

Great session. Nice. Felt good.

Felt really tired today.. Gonna take next week off so I get 2 weeks f rest before I try gripers again. Gotten weaker the last few weeks.

Lots of sledge work and a REDNAIL in IMP's again today.

Crushed it down too without pain!!!!!!!!! YEAH! Palm is getting better.

Did some eleiko farmers walks today, dropped the weight on my ankle ;) bruised up now but I managed to walk 6-7 meters before I dropped them. PB, 1 meter better than my best.

Third time trying this so Im hoping I can go straight through the gym by new years.

3@ 68kg

@~72kg; lefty 5, 5 righty 4, 4 PBs

2h pinch;

5@40kg, 50kg, 60kg

3@70kg

@78kg; 6 and then 9 reps :) both PBs :)

If I keep going up like this I will get 90kg in 2h pinch very soon and 80kg in RT too :)

I've found what works for me.

THen I tried 1h pinching 2x15kg plates and I got it righty multiple times!!!!!!! PB ;)

Not lefty yet tho.

Had a busy day. Had to stress my workout and it became sloppy and bad.

(bad word filter)ed up training on RT and 2h pinch.

Sucked.

Wont even mention what was lifted, cant even remember it now :)

Now I will rest my hands til next thursday and then I will smash my GHP7 hard :)

I know those sessions. you are late, have been busy, irritated by things, tired and still want to do the workout, while knowing you will need to hurry haha

today I warmed up with some bw skwats and some levering.

Asked my wife to fim me wrapping and bending an IM RED NAIL and i smashed it so fast and hard I coudnt believe it ;)

Haha, yeah it really sucked the day before. :) In some aspects my grip feels overtrained. Im resting a week now. Next thursday I'll do grippers again. :)
