PeterSweden
yeah, they hurt still. Not as much but they still hurt. Maybe I shouldnt bend what so ever for 2-3 weeks and then ease into it again. I dont know. All I know is that Im addicted to bending and I cant stop hahahaha All certs belong to me!
PeterSweden
Today I did some light squatting, totally unmotivated. I wont even wright it, I went up to 150kg and I felt bored that I almost left the gym. Rolling Thunder, all weights are without pin and handle; 5@35kg 3@45kg 2@55kg @65kg: Lefty 7 reps and 9 righty, both PRs on that weight. (the pin and handle weigh around 3kg so its 68kgs!) Nice to PR hard on RT after (bad word filter)ing the squat session up totally.
PeterSweden
I got some deadlifting in yesterday aswell. Did 6@120kg, 3@170kg and 1@200kg, just for fun
PeterSweden
Felt week today. I felt it yesterday and this morning it was still there. Depleated and tired. Body plank for core and some kettlebell wristbicepscurls. Grippers, right hand only since my left is fawked app stil. 5@coc1,5, 2x1@filed coc2,5, 1@coc3 3x1 attempts on coc3,5, it was heavy as shit. Got it to just beyond paralell. 1 overcrush @filed coc2,5 Tried to cert a BIG BASTARD and failed. Got it to almost 90 degrees and then I was fried. Im so outta shape, might be overtrained? Bent a red nail in double suede. Did some sledge work, static holds. Now Ill rest fro bending a few weeks to get the power back and try to heal my palms fully. Hoping to come back stronger than ever! PeterSweden
Do it! If we're close in weight we can compete, first to 80kg?
Tom Scibelli
Last time I maxed out on the RT, I got like 155 or 160, so ill be happy to get anything above that. I'll let you know what I get.

PeterSweden
We could compete to get stuff interesting We can max out and film it and then we see who adds 10 or 20 lbs to our max first?
Tom Scibelli
Yeah, I'm up for that, I've never been good at RT but really want to hit 200lbs someday. I try and film my max today at the gym.

PeterSweden
Abwheel and bodyplanks, some band pullaparts for rear delts. 3x10 explosive bw squats. Feeling pretty warm. 2x5@coc1,5 explosive and hard reps. 2x1@filed coc2,5 explosive reps. Felt really light. 1@filed coc3, BOOM! Closed! PR. BB Elite choked to 18mm; 1, 0, 0 on that first miss something happened above the elbow, started hurting up the back of the tricep. Wierd ass feeling. Had similar stuff before after armtraining or shoulder pressing heavy. Prolly my tricep having a minor tear or something. Or it might be where the muscles in the lower arm attach above the elbow? Dunno. 1@filed coc2,5. Overcrushing every rep on every gripper, always. This has proven to be a good way to get stronger. Did all kinds of sledge work and I PR there too. Held the 8lbs sledge horizontal for more than 10 seconds, by the end of the handle. Even tried the sledge laying on my back with my arm straight up and it felt like a great way to train. Will keep that in my arsenal. Pulled out my red rafter from stronger grip and I did 3x5@increasing length using a 5kg plate. Love that tool! Extensions with my IM green band. Great fun! Would've been cool if I closed that BB Elite more than once! Im still feeling that coold and Im thinking that I might take next week off and come back stronger than ever. Prolly will. Fakked app day today, 2x5@coc1,5 2x1@coc2,5 filed down 1@coc3 filed miss by a hair. Geralt
That happens. Tell me about it. Sometimes I feel like some sort of black Fleur de Lis that blossoms once every five years or so when it comes to that special PR workout.
Griparn
What's your best CCS or TNS?
PeterSweden
I never train CCS or TNS. I've tried it a few times now and then, mostly after my workouts. Coc2 is no problem TNS, I've only tried TNS on my filed coc2.5 but I think I can TNS a nonfiled 2,5. CCS 2,5. I can try nezt workout. Mix shit up and go a session of only TNS and CCS for a change. Griparn
Oki, a TNS of a 2.5 would be a step towards CCS #3. Jag jagar också TNS på 2.5an...3-4mm kvar.
