That's what the Anabolic DIet prescribed anyway and how I followed it when I ran it in 2013 and I had very, very good results. Totally get the mental days too. TV/130 Notes: Finally managed to do left hand 180s. The wrist is still tweaky, but with very strict form...I was able to get the full range of motion, without pain too boot! Even without left thumb...was able to do other Sledge movements with left hand. Incredibly pleased with this. Left thumb is healing...sort of. Not sure if covered with gauze or airing is better at this point. @temmmeeee is coming by today (Saturday) to get openers and workout/hang. Will be great to see him. Really killed it...even without my left thumb. Anyone at Gripmas would understand this accomplishment. These were (IMO) more strict than any I saw at the Comp. Goes to show that specificity training pays huge dividends. RH Hub work felt easy, happy with workout. Tried one lefty...dumb move. Super painful...may have ripped an inner stitch. Two...while logging holds one accountable...it doesn't keep one from slacking. Prior too...and then after 4ForFeb...I went on a huge display if gluttony ballooning to 282. Granted in my case...a good 85% if that is water. After duping water through a diuretic, ill probably be in the 160s tomorrow and 150s by the weekend. The big thing with me and weight is my heart. It doesn't like the extra stress. Few people knew I was carrying 176 until my weigh in...because I have a large frame. I need to drop weight and get going in my goals...MM3 being my major one. In also going to start training for 4ForFeb2 once I acquire a Legends Anvil. Its not a minor purchase at all...but compared to owning and buying even just 2 anvils..its a freaking steal. Even used Anvils on Craigslist are insane! Anyway...I'm happy Spring is coming soon...my fingers crack like crazy in the Winter. Ill be happy to be done with it. LH #3 (142cpw) 4 singles MMS Andrews Axle (with straps lol yup) 147kg x 3 Crunches 16 (2x8) Dube Cube Ball Bearing 10kg R3/L4 First time messing with it. I like it alot...not quite as much as the Henze model...but it's great. Super secret Ninja workout #1(640) That was plenty. Everything is testing well. Not too surprising.
