I would like to know,how much pressure it would take to crush a soda can with one hand?

It depends on how small of an area you push against. If you use your thumb you can puncture the can provided your thumb is strong, I don’t know how strong though.

Tommy (mudhutmasher) dose this in bed for some strange reason. :glare:

Ditto, but we got to get Tommy to use gloves. Those cans are sharp! More than a few weeks of training has been lost to them.

Thanks! It look like a cool feat! I'm going to be training this summer ,to accomplish that feat.

lol, dont worry about poundage..

when you can bite down on a penny, and bend it using one thumb and not have any thumb pain, then you can push the thumb through the can.

lol! i was a little pre-mature on that one..

I'm going to do a lot of isometric training ,focusing on the thumb.Thanks!
