Thursday Better Than Monday.

Yesterday my grip workout was better than monday.After some near misses & some negatives on the #4 I tried some strap holds on the #3.

I did 25lbs. I think I might be able to do 30-40lbs. when fresh.

I've yet to do that kindof weight with my #1 SH, it boggles my mind!!!!

Glad to here the training is going better. How much longer do you figure until your should feels normal??

I was told by the Dr. that it would take 3-4 months,its been 2 1/2 months & its still sore & weak.
