Top Arm Wrestling Exericse

From what i've experienced until now, I think the best exercice for me is static rotation hold(don't know how it's called, I will explain)

Basically, you take a rope, add weight to it and wrap it around your hand so that it will put a strain on your pronator and your brachioradialis, the downside of it is that you can't train grip with this one...so I will add weighted towel pullups for my second one...
