Today
Still maximum week, still have to do the squats. After work, up to 120kg, no power at all.
Leave it with that. Next week deload, that's good. Next cycle bench and DL up a tad, squats down a bit.
Late evening, few sets V2 black

Bench on the rise my friend :) also your gripper work is insane

Thanks! I noticed you did a PB too on the bench! Very strong!

Bench is slowly rising. There's much room left to improve on this one for me!

Thanks for noticing! :D few technique changes and I'm sure you will improve very fast. Regardless a PB is a PB!

Hey thanks Roy!

Id like to rephrase your question, as How bad are you at CCS closing a #3?

I like the GHP blockset, the CCS is too wide for me with the #3.

But, since I can tns a 2 anytime and sometimes even a 2.5, the only thing lacking is a bit more power...

That is true. I have the same. Building MMS strength is good for building crushing strength, but in the end - at least for me - it doesn't nessecarely need to translate very well to CCS. It has to grow on you.

Much more 'manly' than benching imo. :mosher

Still progressing very well Bob. Keep it up!
