RTvG
Awesome lift!! Thanks Josh! Yesterday evening after work, before dinner DL 55kg x5 70 x5 82.5 x3 105 x5 117.5 x3 so far good.. then 132.5kg for maximum: 1. This morning, dead cold: 132.5kg x5 :? Next week deload, after that new cycle with calculated maxes from DL 132.5x5 (might lower this one a bit), BP 70kgx3 and SQ 122.5kgx5 Interesting thing is that I lift as much DO on a thickbar as on an olympic bar. The DL technique is the limiting factor now, definitely not grip

Royz
The DL technique is the limiting factor now, definitely not grip  With your kind of grip strength you should be able to hold on to a DO Deadlift well over 200kg. Keep it up Bob!

RTvG
Thanks Josh and Geralt, Grippers and kids, it's something else. You can't go nuts on the grippers, then the kids turn nuts.. So you have to remain perfectly calm, And squeeze like hell. Nice! The tune with the last close is epic. HahaSolid closes Bob your crush is very good! RTvG
So, Yesterdays certification was a success! Had a great time at Geralt's together with Royz. Geralt already did a nice review on his log. What I can add are a few vids from the camera that was running in the background. All vids about 10 mins. Some toys I took with me for the guys to try out. Heck, I need heavier stuff to take with me next time with these men! http://youtu.be/KfWaqYQw1-0 Blob 20kg lifts and curls http://youtu.be/gnBIiBqX9jQ Inch 67kg lifts http://youtu.be/4quCpCnjd7g Half a penny http://youtu.be/yQnpZAwpyGs Powertwister Beast 10mm
