Fact 1. Don't set your goals too low, it's bad taste and waisted effort

Fact 2. A good set is a good close, or two

Fact 3. Lvl 17 mms 2 reps!

Aiming for a close on lvl 17 before end of this year.

Another topz that upped a bit, from 14.8kg to 15.9! Used various grippers to microload. Ivan mentioned this practical thing once and it's definitely a good advice!

Lame vid quality, it's dark in Europe: http://youtu.be/OArnJ4qac1w

WD2 black spring,

singles level 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, missed 11

Do you like that WD2? Is that a good workout for your wrists and forearms? I am not a very keen bender but I was planning to buy WD2 and use that as one of the tools to make my forearms stronger...

Hi,

Yes, I like the WD. It's a great tool for lower arm / wrist strength.

It's a beast though and it takes a small learning / getting used to curve.

But the higher levels you can close, the more addictive it becomes! :ninja:

Hubbing is progressing nicely.

28kg, might need a cm or two more, might not.

Very nice! Im way behind you. Started shallow hub yesterday. How much is your IM Hub?

My IM hub is terrible! Slick like an eal. I can lift 20kg plates with large loadingpin and IM hub easily, more gets tricky. Haven't practised it in a long while. Mainly focussing on the topz!

Ok, so totally probably around 23-24kg? Im just trying to figure out what I should lift with shallow hub. Last week I lifted 24,05kg (plates+loading pin+ Im hub). So with little practice my shallow hub should be at least that 24,05kg.... :glare:

When you hit 24kg on shallow hub at first touch, that's very good.

First time I practised with it, i made it to 23 and some. Now almost a year later I hit 28kg for an (almost?) full pull.

Just checked the IM hub, with a bit tired fingers still managed 24.5kg total.

Youll do great RoCa!

Submitted a GHP level 7 certification attempt today. Further did vulcan and TSG work

Tools used: GHP7, CoC3, Ext handle BBGE and V2.

I neglected the TSG's for quite some time, but still came back stronger, especially in the wider set.

Cool to hear! My logic mind says that if you found it good enough to send in, it's a good one! Than you should be the first Dutchman on the list haha

Going to join you soon, I've got my eyes on the CCS first. Need to get it out of my system. Less seems to be more regarding grippers. Should've known that

a bit earlier :chris: Maybe a double cert in the future!
