Afternoon

D4B3 Press. Went to a different chiropractor yesterday. I typically haven’t regarded them super high in the past but I figured I’ll try a different, well regarded one and see how it goes. Really cracked up my low back and right shoulder so I’m going to try and not undo that work today by holding back a bunch. I’ll go back in Friday again as well.

Seated BTN Press WU to 135 x 8 x 3r
- unracking really hurt. Good after I get the first rep in of each set.

SS
Spoto Bench WU to 235 x 6 x 4r
DB Row 100e x 6 x 5r

There that gives me 59 squat work reps this week @ 70.2% average intensity.

How did the steel snapping go at your king kong comp?  Any feedback?

Only 3 of the 8 managed to not give up and finish it haha! That said one didn’t try and one grabbed a ladies 60d by accident. There was a lot of sweat left on the floor that’s for sure.

I reversed one of the 80d’s in one hit after just for fun too. Ben Collins (the venue winner) also put a good wobble in one after a few reverse hits as well.

I think some folks may give the snapping a go at home.

Very cool, yea lots of sweat seems to be a common thread!

Worked up to my work sets on front squats and stopped there. Feeling really bleh. Might have a bit of a cold.
