I think the goddamn bed is too soft and the 4" I get to sleep on buggers me up. This is only the second time that I've worked up to a heavier single and it still feels pretty good. I think the big thing for me is I lift it with just my fingertips and no thumb. Dan was lifting like that today and his numbers shot up a lot since Nationals as well. Next is how square the handle is to yourself.
