It’s a been a month since I’ve really trained it. Not ideal with a contest Sunday, but it’s my fun strength activity nowadays.

KB LC C+Sq 2x24k x 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 36r
Raced up to the 6th set then I started taking a bit more rest

Had grand illusions of doing some rows and abs after this originally. Nope. I’ll need my gas tank fixed first.

I think it’s going to suck and be really hard on the ego to start with at least. I was hoping to get Gail to come with me but she’s not good at putting herself out there.

Sore today.  I found bumps and bruises for about a weekafter my first session that I didn't even remember hitting.  lol

Week 5. Took last week off. Low level cold and work digging up my brain. Didn’t time my sets as even just the bar warm-ups were getting me sweaty so it’s not a day to push it. Around 1:05 with warm-ups and cool down stretching. Lots of grip.

Probably be a good reverse curl with a cable, bands, or chains though.
