1.25". I think I'll try to keep the working "hold" weights in the 0:30 range so I'll be going up on the axle and staying with the farmer's weight for he time being.

Is the ceiling too low in the basement for the pressing I'm guessing?  Its funny that was actually a factor when I was buying a house, not alot of basements work for that!

Yep. Can't even press kettlebell's without opening my legs up a bit. It sucks.

Low back is sore from the elliptical and I didn’t have any zazz so I called the squat stuff. 

Front Squat to 121k x 2

Air Bike 15:00 

Elliptical punched in 300 cal. Took ~30:00

Felt guilty 

Sissy Squat x 3 x 10r

GHR x 3 x 10r

Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 10r

Low back is still achey. Figure it’s from the elliptical and getting a bit of a twist that I’m not used to. Considering a 8-12 week bodybuilding block. 

 

Without doing the heavier push presses in awhile the heavier stuff isn’t great and I’ve lost my pp pop. 

 

Side note; these French presses are the shizzle!

Did some 48kg kettlebell cleans and then the shizzle; decided to try a grade 8 reverse and nailed it! Haven’t done much if any bending in years and this is a pretty significant difficulty.
