Block 1. Haven’t squatted in a couple of weeks, tired, and rushed. I think I’ll just cycle “ASS” based squats for a bit. My sessions now are 90% grip and assistance so I’ll just keep the core movements and maybe minor assistance for now.

Figure I’ll leave out Grip until Monday. Finger pulleys in both hands are inflamed. First week of pushing a heavyish squat all year too. Let’s see how this progression goes.  Felt good.

After my double overhand axle Deads I worked up to a heavyish single with the straps. Felt pretty easy. I think I’ll continue to just work up to a decent single on axle days.

Nephew worked out with me today. Had him keep up rep wise with me doing goblet squats, dumbbell RDL’s, and 2-3/8” napalms nightmare t-bar rows.

Worked up to a strapped axle pull of 508 after my double overhand lifts. Finished off with some thumbless, some holds, tips tester rows, and some reverse curls.
