Sickness. Thinking if I continue with twice a week I’ll stick with low reps on the weekends and a bit of rep work mid-week.

Week 7. Still super sick. Popped a few pills and downed a Rockstar. 
 
Bench Press wu to 127k x 3 x 5r
Felt pretty good getting these seeings as I’m hacking up a garden slug between every set and can’t stop sweating.

Gail went to the doctor yesterday thinking she was getting pneumonia from it. I guess it’s just a really bad virus that’s taking up to 8 weeks to disappear. I ain’t taking 2 months off from lifting.

Week 8. Still sick. Was supposed to be 3 sets of 4 for bench. Historically my toughest week. Lost tightness and missed the 4th on the first set so I dropped to triples. Can’t feel too bad. First miss in 36 weeks and I’m sick. Anywhooo, a few extra sets just cause.

Week 5. Moved some axle work to super-set with the squats. Did it in the past and it worked well.

No abs. Lots of coughing to get them taunt.

Good enough. Can’t peak good today. Next week I’ll fire up my 5th cycle and hopefully be feeling good to peak at the end of it. What a horrible bench session.

Week 6. Sick. I guess the doctor’s right with this lasting up to 8 weeks. Been wearing wrist wraps during squats for the past month or so. Wrist feels much better.
