Yeah Dave did great! I think there should be 4-5 of us over 200# on Saturday as well as a couple of guys pulling over 400# on your old axle.

Week 1. Held the second year of Spring Clench last Saturday and it went great! 4 Canadian records broken snot including the ladies securing one in every event as well (I think). Very good. I guess it’s time to get serious about training grip again. If you follow my log you can see how infrequent it’s been for the past few years. Getting fired up again!

Nice pulling buddy!  I never would have pulled 500 or gone on to pull 600, had you not posted the video on here of you doing 500 for the first time.  I said to myself, "self, if that bmi challenged 40 something can do it, then your bmi challenged 40 something @$$ can do it too!"  :laugh
